When you choose a platform we recommend, the provider pays us a referral fee. You pay the same price you would buying direct. We work across the leading providers, so we recommend what fits your plan.
Deeper project work
Detailed solution blueprints, implementation management and custom integrations are paid services. You get a fixed quote before any work starts, and you're never required to buy them.
Built by someone who's run the floor
I'm Guy Valles, founder of GroundScale. I spent more than ten years inside a high-volume contact center, starting on the phones and working up to running the contact center platform itself. I've also sold contact center software and led top-performing sales teams.
I've seen what happens when the right technology is in place: a team that keeps up as the business grows. I've also seen what a vendor demo leaves out. My job is to help you build the first and avoid the second.

Is the assessment really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation, and you'll leave with a clearer picture of where your business can go.
Doesn't getting paid by providers bias your advice?
We work across many providers, so there's no reason to push one over another. We tell you how we're paid up front, and we'll tell you if the best answer is to stay with what you have.
We already have a system. Can you still help?
Yes. Many owners come to us when their current setup can't keep up with growth, at contract renewal, or when costs have crept up. Sometimes the next step is better setup, not new software.
Is AI right for a business my size?
Often, yes, and it's more affordable than most owners expect. The assessment shows where AI would actually save time or win customers for you, and where it wouldn't be worth it yet.
How big does my team need to be?
There's no minimum. We work with teams from a handful of people to several hundred seats, by video call, anywhere in the US.
